Of interest to Archivers is that JLA, V8 is scheduled for May 7, and THUNDER Agents, V2 is scheduled for May 21. Both of these were known to be May babies, but now we have dates.

Also solicited is the $20 version of Batman, V1, scheduled to ship Aug 27. The text says it is still 304 pages, so I doubt a ToC and Bio page were added, unless the type on the intro is reset to a nuch smaller font, reducing 4 pages to 3 or 2.

That name was censored here at one point, but the censoring of the lead character in Nightwing's first name led to them bringing it back... or so the story goes.

The contents of JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA ARCHIVES Vol. 8 will be quite a mixed bag -- you got your Gardner Fox and Sid Greene on the one hand, and, on the other, The Mind-Grabber Kid, who somehow did not catch on with the public as his creator had hoped. At least the cover art does not depict its cast, as all but one of the previous volumes have (as well as those of the ALL-STAR COMICS and LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES books), running or flying toward, or else simply staring back at, the reader. Not that posing them in a circle, hands on hands and Atom on top, isn't silly, but we do get to admire Wonder Woman's hiney.

According to the article on it alone. "That's a whopping 312-page hardcover for under 20 bucks (initial orders only)!
" "This new printing has been expanded to include story credits, a contents page, and biographies. "

***Yeah, but I fondly remember that Mind-Grabber Kid story.
